Only three documents to receive 720 euros

Only three supporting documents are required to determine whether every unemployed person is eligible for a special OAED unemployment benefit, which reaches 720 euros.

The special allowance is exclusively for those who have 60 workdays during the previous year and do not receive a regular unemployment subsidy.

Supporting documents to be submitted by interested parties:

1) Latest tax return (or copy of tax return).

2) A valid unemployed person’s card.

3) IBAN of a bank account.

“Special assistance after three months in the register of the unemployed” is provided by OAED to insured persons who are unemployed for three months if they have worked at least 60 working days in the previous year.

It is equal to 15 salaries and is 240 euros per month after the increase in the minimum wage. Accordingly, for 3 months the amount is 720 euros.
