Tariffs for "green electricity": detailed prices by suppliers for May


Prices range from 9.5 EUR/kWh to 10.96 EUR/kWh in “green tariffs” for electricity in May.

Offers for May were close to April electricity tariffs, as all suppliers trying to keep electricity prices below 11 cents, but at the same time reduce discounts, so that prices don't fall too much.

ΔΕΗ slightly reduced the price in the tariff, to 10.65 cents per kilowatt-hour compared to 10.8 cents per kilowatt-hour in April for consumption up to 500 kilowatt-hours. However, the discount has been reduced to 10% from 15%. For consumption over 500 kilowatt-hours, the price is 11.7 cents per kilowatt-hour, up from 11.8 cents per kilowatt-hour in April.

Green tariff NRG increased slightly compared to April and amounts to 10.961 cents/kilowatt-hour from 10.7 cents/kilowatt-hour taking into account the consistency discount. Green tariff of the company Elpedison for May is 10.568 cents per kilowatt-hour, compared to 11 cents per kilowatt-hour for the first 100 kilowatt-hours and 11.7 cents for the rest.

Lowest price in green tariff for May set by the company ELLIN – 9.5 cents/kWh from 9 cents/kWh in April and a flat fee of 5 euros.

Followed by Volterra with a feed-in tariff price in May of 9.9 cents/kWh, the same as in April, and a fixed price of 4.5 euros.

Green tariff Heron for May is 10.11 cents/kilowatt-hour with a 12% sequential discount, down 12% from the previous month. Green tariff Volton is 10.54 cents/kWh (May), with an initial discount and a permanent discount as in April. The price is calculated with a 15% discount and an additional 20% discount for consistency.

And finally the green tariff Protergia for May is 10.601 cents per kilowatt-hour, taking into account the discount for persistence and 17.6 cents without the discount for persistence.
