Child Benefit: Find out when the application platform will be temporarily closed

Ministry of Social Protection and Family and OPEKA announced that the child benefit application platform will be temporarily closed on Friday 10 May.

After this, the online platform will not accept new applications until calculations are completed and the 2nd monthly installment for 2024 is paid. Once the payment is completed, the online platform will be reopened to accept new applications. Interested beneficiaries are reminded that in order to receive child benefit, the application must be final and approved. An application that is temporarily saved is considered not submitted and will not be accepted for consideration.

The second monthly payment of 2024 – for March and April – will be paid on Friday, May 31, the last working day of the month, along with other benefits.
