The transmission of radio signals on encrypted military frequencies from the Russian mainland does not stop. Analysts suggest that the receivers of these signals are all units of the Russian submarine ballistic missile command.
The content of radio signals is encrypted and their format varies, they are transmitted on several frequencies simultaneously.

Note the twice Morse code XXX at the beginning of the transmission, indicating the highest priority.

Some transmissions even use Morse code.

Based on an analysis of similar signals transmitted in the past, sources indicate that there was a transmission of a “T-600” signal with a high priority identifier, which is translated by Russian ballistic missile submarines as the so-called “MONOLITH” code.
This identification code is essentially the signal that the Russian Navy transmits to put its strategic submarines on immediate alert so that they can begin immediately launching nuclear-tipped ballistic missiles.
It is not yet known whether the transmission of this signal is part of an exercise or something larger…
