President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky said that rumors about an attack on Kharkov are falsehoods and propaganda. The city is perfectly protected from a land invasion by Russian troops.
In an interview on Saturday, the president called talk about the occupiers' plans to seize the city targeted disinformation:

Zelensky added that Ukraine sees “stuffing of Russians, pulling up their troops”:
“They don’t just make stuff up, let’s be honest: they have a very prepared and professional disinformation policy. They actually transfer troops in one direction or another, then film them, photograph them themselves, have a satellite, various filming formats, disseminate this information through Western partners , through the Western media, through the Ukrainian media. You and I don’t even know that we are helping. Of course, the Ukrainian media don’t want this, but we must understand that through our media, through telegram channels, the Russians are spreading all this. This panic has an explosion wave “, sometimes thanks to us. Everything needs to be checked very carefully, all the details. No one is reassuring us that we are at war, but there is no need to exaggerate.”
About the possibility of a Russian offensive from Belarus, Zelensky said this:
“As for strategy, we don’t see any plans, threats or capabilities from Belarus yet.”
And he noted that Russians should know that Ukraine is building a reliable defense in the northern direction: “The fact that we are building borders is not a secret. And the Russians should know, and Belarusians too, or Russians on the territory of Belarus should know: yes, there are borders here , there will be three powerful lines of defense, and there is an army here.
