Summer weather attracts Athenians to the capital's beaches

When the thermometer in the capital reached +24°C, and the sunny fine day was quite reminiscent of summer, the Athenians, quite tired from the long winter, urgently went to the city beaches early in the morning.

Local media reporters took many photos of the vacationers in order to display as fully as possible the “picture” that appeared before their eyes. The photographs taken at the beach of Mavro Lithari (Anavissos) are quite impressive. Many citizens and guests of the capital have a great time drinking cocktails and beer ordered at the beach bar.

The day is reminiscent of summer, and weather service forecasts about a further increase in temperature in the coming days lift the spirits of businessmen (tenants of beaches and bars), who are incredibly happy about the successful start of the season, and therefore the flow of profits.
