The terrorist attack occurred at a concert of the Picnic group in Moscow. According to preliminary data, three people in camouflage opened fire at Crocus City Hall, after which they set the concert hall on fire.

There are at least five shooters, all bearded. They act like prepared and trained militants. At the moment of passage to the building, the guards and people standing at the doors were killed. Eyewitnesses talk about the shooting and evacuation from Crocus City Hall:

“We just got out of there, we barely got out… just animal horror. We’re running, and there’s a burst of machine gun fire behind us.” “We hid in some corner, there was a crush on the escalator, glass doors were broken with hands and feet… You can’t describe all the horror.”
