M. Zakharova is sharply opposed to the White House
Continuing to write on her official Telegram platform, the representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry stated that “The White House said it saw no indication that Ukraine or Ukrainians were involved in the terrorist attack in Moscow.”
She goes on to ask: “On what basis do officials in Washington make any conclusions in the midst of a tragedy about someone’s innocence? If the United States has or had reliable information in this regard, then it must be immediately transferred to the Russian side.
And if there is no such data, then the White House has no right to issue indulgences to anyone.”
“As the Russian leadership has stated, all those involved will be identified by the competent authorities,” said the press secretary of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
The US Embassy in Moscow had been warning that a strike on Moscow was imminent since March 7, but the Russian side said it had not provided more detailed information.
