ΕΝΦΙΑ: countdown until tax is due

This year, property taxes will be paid in 11 monthly installments, with the first in late April and the last in February 2025.

This year the tax ΕΝΦΙΑ will be calculated and accrued already in the beginning of April. For this reason, the installment plan for tax payments will increase to 11 (from 10 payments, as was the case last year).

The AADE Tax Authority advised citizens: “The application for the submission of property data declarations (E9) for 2024 will not be available from Saturday 9 March until the completion of the issuance – publication of acts of administrative determinations ΕΝΦΙΑ 2024 and completion of the relevant changes.” All other functions of the platform (such as ΕΝΦΙΑ, filing E9 declarations for 2010-2023) will be available as usual throughout the entire work period.

Starting this year, a 10% discount will also apply to those who have insured their home against earthquakes, fires and floods. In addition, the Ministry of National Economy and Finance is in favor of extending the deferred payment regime FPA for newly built facilities. As stated by the head of the Independent State Revenue Administration, Georgios Pitsilis, speaking at the conference POMIDA“The goal this year is for ΕΝΦΙΑ to be calculated and accrued a month earlier.”
