Fierce “showdowns” took place in the Roma settlement of Nea Kios (Argolis).
According to argolikeseidhseis.gr, the incident occurred shortly before midnight on Friday, 01/03, in the Caracax area, when, for an as yet unknown reason, a group of about 10 Roma attacked other residents of the camp. The shooting injured two people: a man, who was hospitalized, and a woman with minor injuries.
Having carried out the massacre, the criminals got into two cars, but, trying to escape, one of them crashed into the other, causing damage to the vehicle. At the same time, the bandits continued to shoot, causing horror among the residents of the settlement.
A police squad immediately arrived at the scene to avoid mass incidents. An investigation is currently underway to identify the perpetrators.
