The brutal murder took place on Saturday morning in Chalkida, where a 38-year-old woman killed her 42-year-old lover with twenty stabs.
The incident occurred shortly after 08.00 am on one of the central streets of Chalkida near the 4th secondary school.
The woman attacked the unfortunate man, stabbed him multiple times, and he fell to the ground, bloodied, and passers-by ran to help.
Police officers immediately arrived at the scene, where they found a man in the middle of the road in a fetal position, with a knife stuck under his left shoulder blade, covered in blood.
According to doctors, the man, who lost consciousness from the first blow, was immediately taken by ambulance to the Chalkis hospital, where doctors pronounced him dead.
The woman who recently again harassed the Chalkida police authorities has been arrested.

According to evima.gr, the man left his house around 8 a.m. on Saturday to go to work, where he worked as a carpenter. Coming out of the house into the street where he parked his car, on the slope of the 4th secondary school of Chalkida, on Margariti street, he met a woman who attacked him and stabbed him four times in the heart and another 16 blows to different parts of the body .
His wife saw what happened from the balcony of their house and it was she who told the police who arrived at the scene when passers-by told them that a 38-year-old woman pulled out a knife during an argument and killed a 42-year-old man.
