Greek opposition media and bloggers drew attention to an unprecedented fact: Foreign Minister Georgios Gerapetritis bowed deeply to the Turkish President at a time when Erdogan went to the presidential palace to meet with the President of the Republic Katerina Sakellaropoulou.
As you can see in the video below, when the Turkish President walked past him, the Foreign Minister made… a deep bow.

Unfortunately, a picture speaks for itself and speaks louder than a thousand words. We have nothing more to say.

“We can only hope that he dropped something at that moment, and the photo turned out a little bad…” writes logonechon.
The Foreign Ministry was annoyed by reports that Minister G. Gerapetritis bowed to Turkish President Erdogan during his arrival at the presidential palace. According to the Foreign Ministry, this was a gesture of politeness towards the President of the Republic K. Sakellaropoul, and not towards Erdogan, whom he had met earlier at the airport with a simple handshake.
