Speeding, running red lights, illegal parking, double parking and other traffic violations that are regularly repeated by the car owner are registered by road services.
The Thessaloniki Traffic Authority issued 192 fines to a certain driver, who, however, does not seem guilty, as he continues to violate the set of rules.
In fact, this irresponsible citizen, who poses a danger to all road users, will have to pay a total of fines exceeding 11,000 euros.
This, at least, is evidenced by the data available to the police of the municipality of Thessaloniki. It is worth noting that in the city there is another equally “brainless” driver who has been issued 160 fines. And the third “hero” has 150.
According to APE-MPE, the above violations of traffic rules relate exclusively to violations confirmed in the municipality of Thessaloniki, not counting others that may have been confirmed in neighboring municipalities. It is noted that from the beginning of 2023 to November 30, municipal police confirmed 130,184 traffic violations.
