Arrested in Zografou district two Albanians38 and 25 years old, who were found to have 15 kilograms of cannabis in 150 packages for sale.
A subsequent search by narcotics officers at the men's home revealed another 72 kilograms of cannabisas well as precision electronic scales and four mobile phones.

They were arrested in an autoforo yesterday afternoon (7-05-2024) in the Zografou area by police officers from the Sub-Directorate for the Protection of University Institutions of the Athens Police Department, and a case was opened against them by the Sub-Directorate for Drug Control of the Attica Security Directorate for violating the law on narcotic substances.
During police patrols of university institutions Υ.Π.Π.Ι.the accused were detained on one of the streets in the Zografou area, they were found in possession of a total of 15 kg and 230 packages of processed cannabis (chocolate), divided into 150 packages for the purpose of direct trade.
As part of the further investigation of the case, the anti-narcotics unit, with the assistance of police officers from the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Direct Action, conducted searches in their house, where they found and seized:
- 65 kilograms and 387 gr. raw cannabis,
- 7 kilograms and 30 gr. processed cannabis (chocolate),
- 200 euros,
- electronic precision scales,
- 4 mobile phones.
