5 tips to feel comfortable during a flight

Dehydration

In this case, it is preferable not to wear contact lenses during the flight. It’s better to wear glasses to avoid causing dry eyes. Microbes
Whatever you may think about getting sick in a closed airplane cabin, the truth is that airliners have powerful, state-of-the-art air purification systems that remove bacteria, fungi and viruses. However, the fact that you will be exposed to so many people around you and their germs can have a negative impact on your health. On the other hand, the surfaces you touch have previously been used by another passenger. Therefore, it is a good idea to carry antiseptic liquid (wipes) with you and remember to wash your hands regularly during the flight.

Stress
It goes without saying that stress (anxiety) will increase from the moment the trip begins: first you are in a hurry to get to the flight, you are afraid of being late; then, perhaps, problems will emerge with baggage check-in, boarding, etc. Even if everything goes smoothly (as is usually the case), before the flight the passenger “winds up” himself.

At the same time, being around strangers (literally side by side with them) can also affect your mood. In addition, you can carry the essentials with you or even take an herbal tranquilizer shortly before planting if you know you get stressed easily.

Energy
Because there is less oxygen as you travel, you will feel tired or have tightness in your chest (shortness of air). Here again, hydration is key, as is movement when allowed. Get up and take a walk to get the blood flowing.

Bloating
Since there is a change in pressure during a flight, this can also affect the intestines and stomach, causing them to expand, causing you to feel bloated. What you can do is avoid the junk foods you might snack on at the airport, as well as other foods that may make you gassy.
