A tavern worker reported her boss to the police, accusing him of sexual assault.

The police received another complaint of sexual violence. This time from a catering worker, an establishment located in Elafonisi (Crete).

Let us recall that a recent complaint by a young girl in Chania has already mobilized the actions of law enforcement agencies in terms of investigating the incident. A woman who worked in the canteen describes in detail the actions of her abusive employer. In particular, she claims that the boss managed to isolate her, and then he began to pester her.

She herself managed to escape at the last moment, but she is in a deplorable psychological state. And despite the fact that the tavern owner demanded “not to talk about this anywhere,” the victim contacted the police station, and an investigation has now begun.

The incident reported by the woman occurred on the morning of Tuesday, September 12, on the beach of Elafonisi, namely in Kissamos in Chania. The girl complained that during the day she spoke with one of the cafeteria managers to find out when her contract would end so that she could plan a vacation.

The person in charge, she said, asked her to follow him to look at the relevant documents together in order to clarify the dates.

Next, according to the young woman, he led her to the utility room, pushed her there, entered himself and locked the door, taking out the key. “He started asking me how I was doing on a personal front and started pestering me. While trying to leave the scene, she said, the employer grabbed her hand, unzipped her pants and put it on his genitals, and tried to kiss her.

“I say to him: “What are you doing?”, and he replies: “Don’t you want to? Okay, don’t take this seriously, we all had so much fun when we were your age… And all that… Look, don’t tell anyone about this,” says the employee, clearly upset and scared by what happened to her.

As the young woman notes, the man who pestered her did not show “his character” in relation to other girls.
