Six people shot dead in Artemis with a 9 mm pistol on Monday 11 September in the afternoon.
Police immediately arrived at the scene of the shooting incident, at the intersection of Arionos and Akropoleos streets. According to initial reports, Albanian citizens took part in the shootout; six people were killed. The circumstances of the incident are under investigation.
One of the dead was probably the driver of the car and tried to escape – his body was found outside the car, the other five were inside. The shots were fired from a 9-caliber pistol and, most likely, this was a mafia “settling of scores.” The car has German numbers.
ΔΙΑΣ groups cordoned off the area. The criminals are being searched, CCTV cameras are being studied and witnesses are being interviewed, informs CNN Greece.
