The Spaniard has been intubated and is in critical condition in the intensive care unit. He lost a lot of blood.

On Sunday morning the man crossed the Samaria Gorge. As a result earthquakes, whose epicenter was recorded 7 km southeast of Souya, a large stone fell off the slope, seriously injuring him. Due to the criticality of the situation in the canyon, a helicopter landed and took him to the hospital, writes newsbeast.gr.

The authorities carried out a large-scale operation to evacuate about 660 tourists who were inside the Samaria Gorge.
