In Minsk, a 30-year-old woman, in a state of intoxication, fell asleep and slept for 3 hours on a narrow ledge of a balcony on the 24th floor.
The stunned neighbors, at first not believing their eyes, hurried to call rescuers. Employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations helped the woman return to the apartment on the street. Levina, 9, but she could not really explain how and for what purpose she ended up outside the window.
