32 new tourist bungalows will complete the residential development in the Dunes of Navarino, one of the five areas in which Costa Navarino (Messinia) is located.
In total, more than 100 apartments have been built here, which are part of a major investment by TEMES. To date, TEMES investments in Costa Navarino (hotels, golf, infrastructure, etc.) amount to 850 million euros, with about 400 million invested by third parties in the acquisition of housing (construction and purchase of land). Until 2027, when the planned developments in all 5 areas of Costa Navarino (Navarino Dunes, Navarino Bay, Navarino Waterfront, Navarino Hills and Navarino Blue) are completed, the total investment of TEMES will reach 1.2 billion euros.

The Costa Navarino residential complex is being built in four areas: Sea Dunes, Olive Grove, Rolling Greens, Valley Greens with three different types of housing:
- “out of plan”
- “Full construction”,
- luxury apartments.
Living area sizes from 135 to 1300 sq.m., and plots from 800 to 3000 sq.m. Number of bedrooms from two to seven. It is worth noting that the houses occupy only 10% of the total area, while all of them have a panoramic view.
The residences have a price range (depending on current availability) from €3,750,000 for “individual” residences, from €1,400,000 for turnkey residences and from €770,000 for branded apartments.
50% of the owners are Greeks, the remaining 50% are foreigners. But based on their value, 60% were bought by foreigners and 40% by Greeks.
Recall that The Romanos, Luxury Collection Resort and The Westin Resort Costa Navarino hotels are located in the Navarino Dunes. The Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino hotel will open next August in the Bay of Navarino.
Two new golf courses have been opened in the Navarino Mountains since 2022. The new W Costa Navarino hotel is located in the Navarino waterfront area, and will open on July 1 Navarino Agora, interactive multicultural spaceopen to anyone who lives or visits Messinia.
The complex will include branded shops, restaurants, eateries, summer cinemas and stages for cultural events. It is also planned to hold art and book exhibitions, antiques bazaars, etc.
In October there will be 1st Messina Wine Festival.
