The 1960s-inspired luxury One & Only Aesthesis opens in October.

A “trial operation” will take place as early as August this year, said Georgios Chrysikos, President and CEO of Grivalia Hospitality.
The ultra-modern complex is located on an area of 210 acres protected forest area that extends to the beach and has 95 bungalows that are built on the pre-existing Asterias building.
One & Only Aesthesis has 18 more residences and two luxury villas with private pools and gardens. As a pearl of infrastructure is being promoted villa One, defined as a reflection of the philosophy of the One & Only brand. It is located on an area of 1.4 acres and has, among other things, two bedrooms and a large pool with panoramic views.
In fact Villa One can be combined with Nostos, the resort’s second villato function as a four bedroom apartment. Also attracting special attention is the Epos Residence, which also has two bedrooms.
Grivalia Hospitality’s investment is one of the largest on the Athenian Riviera.
The hotel complex will accommodate 24-hour restaurant Oraa beach bar, as well as a spa, a fully equipped gym, tennis courts and a KidsOnly club.
