The deployment of a new base of PMC “Wagner” in the Osipovichi district of the Mogilev region of Belarus was confirmed by the President of the country Alexander Lukashenko.
There are many abandoned military facilities in the Osipovichi district. One of them is in the village of Tsel. It is designed for 8,000 people. Earlier, the 465th missile brigade was stationed in the village. It was considered the smallest military unit of the Osipovichi garrison. According to local residents, less than 200 military personnel served in it.
This location of the Wagner PMC means that Ukraine will receive an experienced army on its northern border, which will logically force it to send more people to these territories in order to prevent any invasion attempt. This information was confirmed by the Belarusian president, who said that the soldiers of the Wagner PMC would be provided with an abandoned military camp.

Polish President A. Duda also spoke about the ongoing events, calling them “negative.” “We see that there is a movement of Russian forces in the form of the Wagner group to Belarus and the head of the group is going there, all these are very negative signs for us, which we want to convey to our allies,” the Polish president told reporters.
The former head of the British General Staff, General Richard Dannatt, believes that Ukraine should beware of a possible attack on Kyiv by “Wagnerites” led by Yevgeny Prigozhin, who flew to Belarus after an attempted rebellion. Dannatt said this in an interview. sky news on Sunday.
For the ex-chief of the British Army General Staff, the fact that Prigozhin, by agreement with President Alexander Lukashenko, left for Belarus “causes some concern.”
Recall that yesterday, on Monday evening (26/6), Russian President Vladimir Putin declaredthat those who organized the “uprising” and the events of May 24 “will be held accountable,” meaning, in fact, the head of Wagner, Yevgeny Prigozhin. “Any blackmail and any attempt to organize internal unrest is doomed to failure,” the Russian president said at first, and then added:
“The organizers of the uprising, having betrayed the country, betrayed those who were with them. An armed uprising would still be crushed. Those who took this criminal step to divide the country, which is under pressure from abroad (…), are enemies of Russia,” he said, also blaming Ukraine for “wanting Russian soldiers to kill each other.”
