Mass riots took place on the evening of June 10, around 20:00, in the center of Athens, when, during a protest march, a group of anti-authoritarians smashed the turnstiles at the Syntagma and Panepistimio metro stations, and painted graffiti on the walls.
In the Propylaea, the same group of angry people unfurled protest banners and fire extinguishers at police officers, who responded with chemicals, according to ERT.
The criminals didn’t stop there. They made an attempt to enter another metro station, but the law enforcement officers managed to stop them. 5 arrests made.
