In the dock Trapper Saint accused of raping a minor

In the dock is a well-known Greek trap musician under the pseudonym Saint, who was arrested last June after a 16-year-old girl complained of being raped in Lagada, Thessaloniki.

The process takes place behind closed doors, and the girl is represented in court by a lawyer. The trial was adjourned to call for a Greek police expert who examined DNA samples found on the girl’s clothes. The victim will be called to testify in the presence of a child psychologist as part of a procedure that will take place outside the courtroom.

The “Saint” is accused of raping a minor and illegally detaining her, but he denies everything and says that everything was done with the consent of the girl. The prudent girl recorded the wild moments that she experienced in the car of a musician detained for rape on her mobile phone, and it was this audio document that brought the 27-year-old trapper to the dock.

Petros Dimou, the real name of the musician, was arrested on June 8 by police officers investigating a girl’s complaint that he forced her into his car, drove her to a deserted place and raped her, despite her violent resistance. The “saint”, as he calls himself, was taken into custody after pleading guilty, although he claimed that he did not rape the girl and only admitted that he was too pushy with her because he liked her … However, he “burned out” on the fact that the girl began to write down on her mobile phone when the womanizer began to push her to meet in the car.

Recall that the conclusion of the forensic medical examination says: the minor was found to have a fracture of the right rib, as well as numerous bruises on the neck and right wrist. In the audio document, the girl is heard talking excitedly with Petros Dimos, the details of the conversation were made public by order of the prosecutor:

Minor: Let me go, I don’t want, I don’t want, I told you. Why are you pushing me?

Musician: Why don’t you want to be with me?

Minor: Don’t want!

Musician: Come on, give me a chance.

Minor: I don’t want to do anything to anyone!

The girl’s rejection, however, doesn’t stop the musician, who seems determined to satisfy his desires anyway, as an audio recording posted by protothema.gr shows.

“You’re driving me crazy,” the musician can be heard telling her again and pulling the girl towards him. “I don’t want to! Let go of my hand!” she tells him, trying to pull away as he pulls her against him so she can touch his mole.

Minor: Can you take me back to where you took me from?

Musician: We won’t be long. Give me a massage, you drive me crazy, can’t you see how much you turn me on?

Minor: Why are you squeezing my hand?

Musician: Let me do something free.

At this moment, the impatient trapper pounces like a beast on the girl, who cries, sobs and begs him to stop. But the girl pleads with the boy in vain. “Don’t touch me! Do you do this to everyone? Do you push everyone like that? I told you 500 times that I don’t want to do anything, and you keep pulling me,” she tells him. The “Saint” then asks the girl to help him “get it over with”, promising that if she gives in, he will let her go. “It’s a very simple thing. Come on, don’t be completely cruel to me. Respect me, and I will respect you!”, Says the young man.

A few seconds later, the girl burst into tears, apparently after the rape, saying at the same time: “You made me … Take me to where you found me and don’t talk to me anymore … You made me, do you understand?”. Then, to “make things right” and avoid legal trouble, he tells her, “I’m sorry for the bad behavior – we weren’t happy at all… I’m upset now that it all happened. We could go out for a minute, it would be take it easy… Will you forgive me? I believe you won’t even tell anyone where we met. You act like I ate you.” “So it was!” – the girl answered excitedly, who then filed a statement with the police, which led to the detention of the young man.
