During a fight at the garbage cans, the man bit his neighbor on the nose

Two neighbors in Pelion started a fight over a garbage can, and then wrote a complaint to the authorities against each other, as a result of which the case went to court.

According to the information, the squabble took place on July 19, 2020 in the coastal village of Pelion, when two men clashed over a dumpster. At the same time, one of them bit the other during the assault. The cause of the fight was that one of them threw garbage into a bin installed near the house of another citizen.

The first of the defendants ended up in the court of Volos. The man is charged with grievous bodily harm. The 45-year-old defendant claimed that was the first to be beaten by a neighbor and bit him in self-defense. At the same time, his lawyers presented to the court a video recording allegedly showing that the applicant had attacked first. He is accused of tearing off part of the skin on the right hand of a neighbor, and also damaged both wings and the nasal mucosa.

The trial has been adjourned until June 8 this year. In this case, the plaintiff is also expected to sit in the dock a little later, on charges of causing minor bodily harm, insults and threats.
