A 29-year-old citizen of Ukrainian origin was arrested yesterday morning in the Pagrati area. The arrest took place as part of police operations.
According to ΕΛΑΣ, the accused broke into the wellness center and, using physical force, immobilized the employee and pocketed the amount of 700 euros. Then he entered an apartment in the same area, from where he took out an electronic device, 2 mobile phones, 40 euros and other items. However, when he left the scene of the crime, he was noticed by the owner of the house.
Police officers from the DIAS group, who were patrolling the area, detained the foreigner and took him to the Pakrati security department. There, he was identified as having committed a robbery at a health center and arrested. iefimerida.gr.
A REPLICA pistol (a toy from a children’s store), as well as a crowbar, 14 pairs of keys and master keys were found and confiscated from the attacker. The detainee was taken to the prosecutor’s office in Athens.
