UK: largest group of pedophiles in prison, 8 women among rapists (video)

A group of British pedophiles have been abusing children for almost 10 years. Among those who ended up in the dock and received prison sentences, 8 were women and 13 were men.

This is the largest gang in the history of Britain, consisting of 21 juvenile rapists. The seven victims of their actions, children aged 12 and under, were in the hands of pedophiles for about ten years. The three trials were preceded by years of investigation by the West Midlands Police,tells Air Force.

Basically, the site of the network of rapists was the city of Wolverhampton, located near Birmingham. Six years ago, the first suspicions of sexual abuse of a child appeared – the injured girl was taken to the hospital. The doctors and nurses, who realized what had happened to the child, called social services and the police.

Such cases are very difficult to investigate, it took a lot of time and methodical collection of evidence. Thanks to the help of social services, who took it upon themselves to build trust with children and find out what they had to go through, the necessary information and evidence was collected step by step by the police. Senior Assistant Investigator Paul Drover, who testified at all three trials, said the crimes against children were “among the most shocking and brutal” he has encountered throughout his career.

The authorities classified the investigation of the case, it became public only on April 6, after the completion of the third trial. The first case was taken to court a year ago, the court imposed total secrecy due to the trial involving multiple persons and the age of the victims, some of whom are still minors, and evidence and confidentiality had to be ensured.

The sentences handed down to convicts range from 28 months in prison to life imprisonment. There are eight women among the rapists of children, the age of all the accused ranges from 23 to 72 years. Four will be sentenced later. Only one of the defendants, 62-year-old Tina Jones from Springfields, was found not guilty by the court, writes CNN Greece.

The West Midlands Police said the victims, some of whom are now adults, suffered “significant physical and mental harm”. The investigation took six years and the trial was delayed due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and quarantine. Joan Floyd, British police officer says:

“Aggrieved children are stoic about the decision of the court. They have no sense of joy from this experience. There are no winners in such a situation, and they in no way feel happy or overjoyed.”
