House burglars entered through the kitchen window and stole 40,000 euros

A 66-year-old man from Neochori Zacharos in Elis was the victim of a burglary.

Unknown persons broke into his home on Monday afternoon (03/14) and stole all his savings in the amount of 40,000 euros. According to patrisnews.gr, the victim told local authorities that the attackers got in through the kitchen window while he was away. They then discovered a metal box, inside which the man kept 40,000 euros, which they pocketed and immediately fled.

A preliminary investigation to identify and detect criminals is carried out by the Zacharos Police Department.
