Arrest of drug dealers

The planned operations of the police of the local police department for combating drugs in Magnesia, which were supposed to begin with the arrest of a Greek who was involved in the heroin trade in various parts of Thessaly, had to be changed along the way.

The offender could not be caught on the spot, he had to be chased and caught. According to law enforcement agencies, the Larisa police found the suspect near his house in the city of Volos, but he managed to escape. However, after a short chase, the drug dealer was apprehended.

A pack of heroin in the form of a powder with a total weight of 4.5 grams was confiscated from the man, and searches were carried out in two of his houses, in Volos and near the municipality of Almiros.

Two more packages of heroin with a total weight of 5.7 grams, 78 tablets of narcotic drugs, electronic scales, as well as a gas pistol, four knives and 290 euros in cash were found in the detainee’s home. The offender was brought before the prosecutor of Volos, who charged him with drug trafficking, violation of the law on weapons and resistance to the authorities.

Arrest of a heroin dealer in Argos

The 44-year-old Greek fell into the hands of the police of the Argos-Mycenae security department on Monday afternoon. During the search, a bag of heroin with a total weight of 7.6 grams was found on him, which he intended to deliver to the client. The man was brought before the prosecutor of the Nafplion Court of First Instance on charges of drug trafficking.

In Istiaia (Evia) a certain citizen was arrested, who, during the check, was found to have a package containing heroin weighing seven grams. The offender was brought before the prosecutor of the court of first instance of Chalkis.
