Just two days after the death of 29-year-old Pavlos Papayannis in Trikala, two more young people have died of coronavirus in Thessaly. According to Trikalavoice.gr, a 34-year-old woman from Trikala died in hospital from covid on Monday morning, October 18. The young woman was taken to hospital with severe symptoms of the disease and, despite the efforts of doctors, passed away.
At the same time, Larisa is shocked by the death of a 32-year-old young man from Karditsa. The man was taken to hospital in serious condition a few days ago, but lost the fight against the virus. According to the ERT, his father is also being treated for coronavirus.
The death of two young men has caused serious concern. There is still no information on whether they were vaccinated against Covid-19. Last week, as “Russian Athens” wrote, three more unvaccinated young people died.
This was reported by Deputy Minister of Health Mina Gaga, in connection with the death of a 28-year-old resident of Komotini. She reached out to all unvaccinated young people on Facebook to get vaccinated:
