The head of the EOF issued an official statement following reports of the death of a woman in Ilion shortly after vaccination.
In its announcement, the Medicines Agency states that, based on the available data, “the death is likely not related to vaccination.” The EOF notes that the deceased 65-year-old woman had serious chronic diseases.
EOF indicates that it is awaiting the receipt of an opinion and a full report on the cause of death of the vaccinated from the forensic services.
Initial Assessment (Document ΟΕ / ΕΦΑΡ για την ΚΚ 20212061): “Based on the data currently available, the woman’s death does not appear to be related to vaccination as it was due to a severe underlying disease. Autopsy results and full forensic report are pending with the provision of data on the patient’s state of health prior to the moment of death. “
We will remind, the public was shocked by the news that the 65-year-old resident of Ilion (Athens) died half an hour after the administration of the AstraZeneca vaccine against coronavirus…
The woman’s family has filed charges. Family lawyer Antonis Sakarudis told ANT1 that “there are signs and a causal relationship between death and vaccination.”
