An underground tremor with a magnitude of 4.4 on the Richter scale was felt by the inhabitants of Rhodes at 00:27 local time.
Its source depth was 12.6 km, announced the Geodynamic Institute of the National Observatory of Athens. The epicenter of the earthquake was located 404 km east / southeast of the Greek capital and 21 km northwest of the city of Katavia (Rhodes).
