Spain has a curfew since Friday, so beach night parties are over. From 1 am to 6 am it will not be possible to go out in Barcelona, ​​Lloret de Mar, Salou and some other cities where the epidemiological situation is alarming. The Delta strain has recently “roamed” in the country, choosing its victims among young people who ignored vaccinations. Javier Gutierrez, a diner, says:

I agree with this measure if there are so many new cases. I think this will help reduce the number of infections. Most people get sick after talking to each other at night.

Greece is also introducing restrictions: until the end of August, only vaccinated people will be able to visit bars, restaurant halls, cinemas and theaters. Most infections in the country are associated with the Delta variant. Authorities are blaming bars and restaurants for the rise in new cases.

Lithuania is again in the yellow zone, according to its own classification of countries affected by COVID-19. Vilnius is discussing the introduction of restrictions on unvaccinated or not tested negative for coronavirus.

Security measures are also discussed in Iceland – on Friday seven people got sick there, and the authorities are going to tighten anti-coronavirus measures.
