Today Spain has opened its borders to tourists, but only for those fully vaccinated against the coronavirus with Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Moderna, Janssen, Sinopharm and Sinovac-Coronavac.
A full course of vaccination, completed no earlier than 2 weeks before crossing the Spanish border, is a prerequisite for entering the country, RTVE reports.
An official joint document of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Spain informs that every tourist must submit proof of vaccination. To do this, 2 weeks before the trip, you must fill out a special application and receive a QR code. It will need to be provided first when leaving your home country, and then when passing through passport control.
