Countdown to Tax Filing 2023 via Taxisnet

In March, Taxisnet launches a tax filing platform for 2023.

The filing of tax returns begins in mid-March, with the first part of the tax due at the end of July and the last in February 2024. Based on payroll statements, data on income earned in 2022 and taxes due and withheld will be pre-filled on the tax return. At the same time, the AAΔE launched a procedure for the pre-filling of declarations for businesses, in particular form N, as well as form E3.

Instructions for taxpayers

1. Payment of personal income tax (φόρου εισοδήματος των φυσικών προσώπων) for the 2022 tax year is made eight equal monthly installmentsthe first of which is paid before the last business day of July 2023, and each of the following – before the last business day of the next seven months.
2. Payment of tax determined by declarations of taxpayers-legal entities leading aplaigraphic books (φορορολογούμενων συμμετέχουν σε νομικά παι νομικirm τηρού photos six equal monthly installmentsof which the first is paid before the last working day of September 2023, and each subsequent one – before the last working day of the next five months.
3. Payment of corporate income tax (νομικών προσώπων και των νομικών οντοτήτων) on income for the 2022 tax year, with the exception of legal entities and enterprises that have been liquidated or are in the process of liquidation, is made eight equal monthly installmentsof which the first is paid on the last business day of the month following the deadline for filing the declaration, and the remaining seven – on the last business day of the next seven months.
