Weather: not worth the heat – rain this week and cold snap next

Meteorologist Sakis Arnautoglu has been reporting weather changes in Attica since Wednesday 29 November.

Already on Tuesday night, he predicts, clouds will thicken over Attica, and on Wednesday we will expect rain and thunderstorms. According to Sakis Arnautoglu, the bad weather coming from the west will bring a lot of precipitation in the form of rain to several regions of the country.

Weather changes will affect the western and central territories of the country: there will be heavy rains, and the strength of the south wind will be from 7 to 8 points on the Beaufort scale. On Thursday, the first day of December, rain is expected in western Greece and in the northeastern regions. Cooler weather is predicted from next week, especially in the northern part of the country.
