Weather: "tub of cold water" in the middle of the heat

The weather will be very changeable today, Friday, June 24, meteorologist Clearhos Marousakis said.

The expert explains that the high-pressure field that “covered” the central Mediterranean and led to air temperatures rising even above 40 ° C has spread further north, and now bad weather is approaching the country – showers and thunderstorms that will “pacify the heat.”

According to him, “bad weather covers the Black Sea and Turkey. The cyclone will bring phenomena resembling “a tub of cold water” to our region. The meteorologist issued a weather forecast: “Today, Friday, June 24, the phenomena that hit the northern regions will move south with strong winds and storms that may be accompanied by hail.”

Clearchos Marousakis warned that the next Monday and Tuesday will be the most unfavorable days, writes readers.gr.
