Restrictions extended: 4,000 Russians per week can enter Greece

The Government Gazette published a decision to extend the restrictions on the entry of citizens from Russia to Greece until 6:00 on May 14. Greece is expected to completely lift travel restrictions from that day.

Still 4,000 Russians can visit Greece within a week, crossing the border by air. You can safely take a plane ticket that will land at the airport:

Rhodes; Kerkyra (Corfu); Spit; Santorini; Chania (Crete); Mykonos.

Russian tourists do not need to undergo quarantine if they have a vaccination certificate and a negative PCR test result taken 72 hours before arriving in Greece. The certificate of the passed test must be submitted in English, indicating the tourist’s data. The vaccination certificate indicates the date of the vaccination – at least 14 days before arrival.
