Stacks of money filled the bag the man found in dense rows. But, as local media later reported, the bills turned out to be counterfeit.
How writes newsbeast.gr, the bag was found near Pedi (Πέδι) and taken to the port office of Symi. Relevant departments have been informed and an official announcement is expected in the next few hours.
