Weather forecast: “This hot weather couldn't last that long”

Forecasters expect significant weather change. “This particularly hot weather could not last so long, since today (yesterday, editor's note) we had between 28 and 30°C even in Orestiada and Florin. The temperature drop will be about 10 degrees, and in many areas of Northern Greece even more.”

Regarding the weather before Easter, he notes that there will be rain, mainly in the west, north and east of the Aegean, but it will not last long.

Meteorologist Sakis Arnautoglu writes on his Facebook account:

“Finally! The prospect of rain for much of the country is confirmed by this evening's data (Monday 15 April). Friends! Next Friday-Saturday the coming low may not be very deep, but with the help of an anticyclone in northwestern Europe it should provide enough water to several areas of Greece – unfortunately, not everywhere, but ending the prolonged drought in most of the country!
