These are the new NATO headquarters buildings in Brussels. From a certain point of view, the design resembles something painfully familiar…
The headquarters was built from 2010 to 2015, the entire project cost 750 million euros, but the cost was later increased to 11 billion euros. The offices were inaugurated on May 25, 2017, with the heads of state of the allies present at the ceremony.
The complex was designed by an international consortium of designers led by the American firm Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, which included Joe Palma.

Design and construction were carried out under the auspices of the project management team of the Belgian Ministry of Defense, headed by Colonel Christian Lanotte, and Belgian Army engineers who were clearly inspired by the Flemish SS Legion…
However, maybe this is all by chance? And what do you think?
