In order for a ship to be hit by an anti-ship missile, it had to be at sea or at least close to the port of Sevastopol.
In case online translators don't work so well for the last story, the Kostantyn Olshansky is a #Ukraine ship, stolen in 2014 when #Crimea was annexed.

This is the first time in a long time that the Ukrainians have used this particular missile, having previously used naval drones and SCALP and Storm Shadow cruise missiles, meaning that recent Russian strikes on warehouses, production lines and military installations have caused a serious shortage of these systems weapons. Using the Neptune missile, the Ukrainians sank the Russian cruiser Moskva in April 2022.
The West is alarmed by Russia's recent aggressive actions in Odessa. They believe that the amphibious operation will be attempted sooner than they thought, since capturing the city would give the Russians a huge strategic advantage. Therefore, Kyiv directed its attacks on the landing craft of the Russian Black Sea Fleet in order to prevent such a development of events.
Over the past three days, the Ukrainians have attacked the landing ships Azov, Yamal and Ivan Khurs, putting them out of action. At the same time, the Ukrainian Armed Forces launched several attacks on the infrastructure and control systems of the Black Sea Fleet.
It is worth noting that the ship “Konstantin Olshansky” belonged to the Ukrainian Navy since 1996 and was captured by the Russians in 2014, after the annexation of Crimea.
