The details of the actions of two men arrested by the Department of Juvenile Justice and charged with sex crimes against minors are chilling.
According to protothema.gr, the perpetrator in the first case is a 54-year-old man from the Philippines, and the victim is a little girl whom he molested since she was six years old! In particular, the defendant, taking advantage of the relationship he maintained with the little girl’s mother when she was away from home, allegedly repeatedly committed sexual acts against the child, starting at the age of six. The last time was in September 2022, when the detainee tried to have sexual intercourse with her, but the already grown-up minor reacted and ran away.
In the second case, the perpetrator is a 55-year-old Greek whose victims were his two minor daughters. In particular, the man is accused of repeatedly committing acts of a sexual nature against the girls, taking advantage of their mother’s absence at home, between 2014 and 2019, that is, when his daughters were 9 and 12 years old.
The materials of the preliminary investigation were transferred to the Athens District Prosecutor’s Office.
