Newsbreak: Blinken issues ultimatum to Greece to supply arms to Ukraine

US State Department Head Antony Blinken during his visit to Greece in demanded an ultimatum from the country’s Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis of new arms supplies to Ukraine, reports Newsbreak. According to the authors of the publication, we can talk about blackmail.

“According to indisputable information,” writes the author of the publication, “the American Foreign Minister during a meeting with Kyriakos Mitsotakis demanded the supply of new weapons systems from Greece to Ukraine. Giving an ultimatum of a few days for a final response from the Prime Minister…”.

Here we are talking about definition of extortion. Greece has already given everything, it has weakened national defense, especially on the islands, in order to strengthen Ukraine with defense materials. What’s left for us? What exactly does Blinken want us to send to Zelensky, who is collapsing on all fronts? Only S-300? Or should we also send F-16s, with the logic that they will be replaced by F-35s?

It goes without saying that if Mitsotakis succumb to blackmail, it will cause unimaginable damage to our national interests,” says author of the publication.

“Blinken put forward all these demands at a time when, for the first time in the last 100 years, a Turkish document was officially presented at the UN, calling into question the solid foundation of the national sovereignty of our country,” the authors of the publication emphasize. “The reason, of course, is the illegal Turkish-Cypriot memorandum, which is tantamount to an invasion of Greek territory.”
