A Scandinavian Airlines flight from Spain to Sweden made an emergency emergency landing due to unexpected nausea among passengers and crew.
How reports Aftonbladet, the incident occurred on an evening flight from Malaga, Spain to Stockholm, with almost 140 people on board. During the flight, several passengers and crew members began to experience severe nausea for no apparent reason. A spokeswoman for SAS said:
“It was decided to land in Copenhagen out of an abundance of caution because the team decided not to take any chances in case there was some problem with the plane or something.”
The landing in Copenhagen passed without incident. The passengers were checked into a hotel and will depart for Stockholm the next day. The plane is being checked by technicians to determine whether something on board the plane may have caused the nausea, or whether it was a coincidence that people were experiencing simultaneous symptoms.
