A platform has been opened for interested parents to apply for the Nanny Next Door program.
The electronic platform ntantades.gov.gr is intended for submitting applications for home care for infants and toddlers aged 2 months to 2.5 years and provides financial support to parents who choose a babysitter from the existing registry.
Mothers and fathers, birth parents, adoptive parents (or guardians) working in the public or private sector (as well as self-employed and freelancers) are eligible to participate in the program. As well as unemployed mothers, natural or adopted, registered in registers DYPA. The annual individual income of the persons concerned must not exceed the amount of EUR 24,000 and they must not be on maternity or parental leave.
And, of course, the residential address of the beneficiaries must be in the municipalities participating in the pilot implementation of the action. Beneficiaries of the program who work full-time, are freelancers or are self-employed will receive a nanny subsidy of 500 euros per month.
At the same time, 300 euros per month will be received by unemployed mothers and beneficiaries who work part-time.
