Hamas releases video of fierce fighting with Israelis in residential areas of Gaza

The Palestinian extremist Muslim organization Hamas may have released video footage for the first time showing a battle with Israeli troops inside a Gaza settlement in what is internationally known as CQB (close-quarters battle), although the distances are somewhat greater due to the use of RPGs.

In the video, which evokes memories of the war in Syria and attacks by Islamist mercenaries on government troops in Damascus, Hamas militants fire multiple RPG rounds through the rubble at Israeli army armored vehicles. The design of the video and the general presentation of visual material certainly refers to ISIS, which was the first to produce videos with “Western” models of battles and executions of civilians in Syria and Iraq.

Hamas releases footage of its members attacking IDF armored vehicles in the Gaza Strip. The IDF is aware that one of the main problems facing ground troops is terrorists emerging from tunnels and firing RPGs, although only a few cases have resulted in loss of life.

Hamas JUST RECEIVED AN OFFICIAL STATEMENT: ‘We launched anti-tank guided missile attacks on Israeli military vehicles. Our Mujahideen destroyed 24 Israeli military vehicles. Our Mujahideen are fighting in the enemy’s forward positions northwest and south of Gaza City and Beit Hanoun. Our people are being systematically exterminated by an enemy who faces no punishment in a world where the law of the jungle applies. Over the past two days, we have brought into the battle Al-Yassin shells, which have hit forces holed up in buildings. Our soldiers continue to outflank enemy forces and engage their soldiers from zero range. What we have published is only a small part of the heroic actions of our Mujahideen against enemy forces in the field. The destruction that the enemy wreaks will only bring disappointment, defeat and shame.” Source: Spokesperson at Al Jazeera.

Meanwhile, the Chief of Staff of the Israeli Army, Lieutenant General Hershi Halevi, assessed the operations of Israeli troops in the Gaza Strip on Sunday (4/11). Video footage released by the Israeli army shows Halevi meeting with 162nd Division commander Brigadier General Icik Cohen and other officers.

The chief of staff assesses the situation with militants in the Gaza Strip: “Be strong in spirit, I’m proud of you.”

Latest Gaza War News: 4 Israeli Soldiers Killed in Gaza Fighting; The head of the ground forces, Halevi, arrived in Gaza to familiarize himself with the combat plans. Defense Secretary Gallant: “The IDF killed 12 Hamas battalion commanders, the war will continue until there is no Hamas left in Gaza.”

At the same time, US diplomatic activity in the Middle East is intensifying: US Secretary of State Antony Blinken is visiting Israel and Jordan for the second time in as many days.

The US goal is nothing less than the diplomatic isolation of Hamas in the Arab world and preventing its further strengthening in Palestine, which could lead to the complete destabilization of the Palestinian Authority and the escalation of war in the Middle East.

The US secretary of state said on Saturday that both Washington and Arab countries believe the status quo in Hamas-controlled Gaza cannot continue and that he has discussed with his Arab counterparts ways to achieve a two-state solution.

Speaking at a news conference in Amman alongside his Egyptian and Jordanian counterparts, the top US diplomat also said Washington was concerned about violence from extremist settlers in the West Bank. The head of American diplomacy reiterated that the United States supports “humanitarian pauses” in the conflict between Israel and Hamas, but rejected calls from Arab countries for “ceasefire”.

“The United States believes that all of these efforts will be facilitated by humanitarian pauses.”Blinken said of efforts to rescue Palestinian civilians and speed aid delivery to the Gaza Strip.

In this regard, the US Secretary of State once again emphasized: the United States believes that such a ceasefire “will keep Hamas in place” will allow him to regroup his forces and carry out attacks like the one carried out on October 7.

“Israel must take all necessary measures to protect Palestinian civilians”he said, while reaffirming that Israel has the right and responsibility to defend itself after the deadly attack by the Palestinian Islamic Movement on October 7.
