What foods should not be eaten together?


Nutrition is not just about the amount of food we eat. The combination of foods is also of great importance for the functioning of our body.

There are products that absolutely cannot be mixed. Often, combining foods with different textures and flavors can cause digestive problems.

Here they are, these “terrible and incompatible” combinations of products:

Banana with milk
This combination may seem very beneficial, but the two foods are “heavy” to digest and should not be taken together. Both banana and milk are difficult to digest and can even slow down the proper functioning of the brain. In addition, bananas become sour when split and toxic when mixed with milk. Because of this, several problems may arise – rashes, coughs, colds and allergies.

Cheese and beans
Cheese is a dairy product rich in protein. In most cases, when cheese is combined with beans, it leads to bloating and weakens the digestion process, since both foods are “heavy” to digest. When they reach the large intestine, the processes of sweating, urination and bowel movements slow down.

Pizza with soda
It seems like everyone does it – wash down their favorite dish with a soft drink. However, pizza is rich in both proteins and carbohydrates. Therefore in The digestion process uses up most of the body’s energy. On the other hand, consuming carbonates (from soda) slows down the digestion process. This ultimately leads to stomach problems.

Yogurt and fruit
Combining yogurt with fruit is not a good idea because the stomach digests yogurt at a completely different rate. Yogurt contains many bacteria that act on fruit sugar. On the other hand, the acids in fruits affect the digestion of yogurt. While the combination may taste good, each product is best enjoyed individually. Taking these products at the same time may cause cough and skin allergies.

Eggs with meat
This is a protein bomb. This is what creates the problem. The high protein content also takes a long time to digest, which can cause stomach problems.

Potato with meat
Although this is a very tasty combination, it is better not to choose it. Potatoes are rich in starch, which requires large amounts of alkaline digestive fluid (stomach juice). On the other hand, meat also requires a lot of acidic digestive juices. After consuming both, they get “stuck in the stomach” and cause gastrointestinal problems such as heartburn, gas, belching, etc.

Burger with fries
French fries and hamburgers are deep-fried foods. And they can lower your blood sugar levels too much. This makes us feel tired and sluggish.
