Greece presents “unimpeded access for Turkish citizens to seven Aegean islands”

Greece will satisfy Turkey’s long-standing demand for unimpeded access for Turkish citizens to the seven islands of the Aegean Sea! This condition is hidden in the draft agreement on migration, which will be discussed on December 7 in Thessaloniki.

A project that the Minister of Immigration and Asylum, Dimitris Kairidis, has already agreed to. As part of the Supreme Cooperation Council that will meet in Thessaloniki, the Mittakis government is preparing to issue Turkish citizens a one-year visa for unhindered entry into the seven islands, which will be extended!

We are talking about those islands that Turkey included in its project “Blue Motherland”. By the time visas are issued, the islands will apparently be completely demilitarized.

This promotion takes place immediately after demilitarization islands of the Aegean Sea, which has already taken place: the sending of weapons from the islands to Ukraine (they were not replaced) and the closure of training centers for recruits, as announced by the governor of the Aegean region, K. Moutzouris.

It is noted that when the Mitsotakis government made the decision to send weapons and ammunition from the Aegean islands to Ukraine, it assured that the weapons systems withdrawn from the islands would be replaced with new ones, which did not happen, laments Moutzouris.

And all this at a time when Turkey clearly supports… Hamas and uses illegal immigration as a tool. Moreover, on October 7, the day of the Hamas attack on Israel, the leader of this organization, Isamil Haniyeh, was in Turkey.

This means that former Prime Minister Kostas Karamanlis’ speech in Thessaloniki at the presentation of George Harvalias’ book “Yavol” had good reason, since it was made with a clear allusion to Greek-Turkish relations.
