In Paphos, a child fell into a swimming pool, doctors fought for his life for 8 days


On Saturday 14 October, a 6-year-old boy died after falling into a hotel swimming pool in Paphos on 6 October.

He was found unconscious in the water around 1:20 p.m. The child lived in this hotel with his mother. According to the press representative of Τύπου της ΑΔΕ Πάφου και Υπεύθυνο του ΤΑΕ Πάφου Michalis Nikolaou, the boy was pulled out by the rescuer on duty, and he was taken by ambulance to Paphos hospital, writes CNN Greece.

Doctors assessed his condition as serious but stable. However, despite the efforts of doctors, he died on October 14. Another child death for which adults are to blame…

Just three months ago our publication talked about how 6-year-old boy was unattended and drowned. On Saturday afternoon, July 15, he found himself unattended by his parents and lost consciousness in the water. He was taken by ambulance to the “Ασληπείο” Βούλας, but the doctors could only ascertain the death of the child.
